Open House: Sunday, June 14th from 2:30PM-4PM. We highly recommend that you attend our open house, because you will be able to get a tour of the facilities, pay for the first and last weeks of Camp (if you haven't already), meet our Staff and pick up T-Shirts. For the summer of 2020, we are happy to let you know that Camp Agape' will be open, Monday, June 15 to Thursday, August 27. In observance for July 4, we will not be open Friday, July 3 Register Now! or learn more. What is Camp Agape? Who can attend? What is the time? What are the fees? Why Camp Agape? What is Camp Agape? E-Free Camp Agape is a summer day camp customized so that each day will offer a variety of fun and engaging activities, such as crafts, singing, hiking, story time and field trips, all in a safe and encouraging environment. Who can attend? E-Free Camp Agape welcomes children going into Kindergarten through 7th grade (K-7). We divide the grades into 3 different groups, which are K-2, 3-4 & 5-7. What is the Time? E-Free Camp Agape's normal hours of operations are Monday-Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, however we are open from 7:30-5:30 pm and offer early drop off and late pick up options. Early drop off is available from 7:30 to 9:00 am. ($2/extra per day) Late pick up is available from 4:30 to 5:30 pm. ($2/extra per day) What are the Fees? K-2 & 3-4 age groups 3 days - $100 per week 4 days- $110 per week 5 days- $120 per week 5-7 age group 3 days- $105 per week 4 days- $113 per week 5 days- $120 per week Off Campus Activities Are Extra (To see our off campus activity fees please click on the Activities icon above.) Early drop off: $2/day Late pick up: $2/day There is a multi-child discount of $1 per day per additional sibling. (Siblings will need to attend the same days.) *A one time $30 processing fee for registration and T-shirts is added to all accounts. **Additional charges may be applied for specific field trips. Please see our activity schedules for each age group. ***We offer a minimum of 3 days a week. So, we are not able to provide a 1 day or 2 days a week option. If you desire you can sign your child up for 1 or 2 days, but we will need to charge you our 3 day price. What sets E-Free Camp Agape apart from other Day Camps? Camp has the best counselor to camper ratio. (1 to 7 ratio) Camp is the only camp to offer parents a 3 day, 4 day or 5 day per week option. Camp is the best value in the Gallatin Valley.
